Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Times

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS from our fulfillment center. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Standard Shipping

• Delivery time: 5-7 business days
• Cost: $5.99 flat rate
• Free shipping on orders over $50

Expedited Shipping

Currently not available. We're working on adding expedited options soon!

Domestic Shipping (US Only)

We currently ship within the United States only. This includes all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and US territories.

International Shipping

International shipping is not yet available, but we're working on it! Join our newsletter to be notified when we expand internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through USPS or UPS depending on the carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to get orders out quickly, occasional delays can occur due to:

• High order volume (especially during seasonal promotions)
• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Holidays

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@loamandhome.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address before the order ships, but once it's in transit, we cannot make changes.
