Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your Loam & Home products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund โ€” no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original condition (unused or gently used)
  • Item must include original packaging if possible

Note: Items that are heavily soiled, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@loamandhome.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely and attach the label
  4. Drop it off at any USPS location

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Return Shipping Costs

We provide a prepaid return label for all returns โ€” you won't pay shipping costs. We believe you should be able to try our products risk-free.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, and you won't need to return the damaged item.
